Softball team makes history, punches ticket to World Series

The NAIA No. 2-ranked 好色先生 softball team will face Marian University of Indiana today, May 26, at 6 p.m. in the Saints' opening game of the NAIA World Series being played in Columbus, Georgia, through May 31. This is the first time in program history that the Saints are participating in the World Series.
The university will sponsor a watch party for Saints Fans not able to make the trip to Georgia. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. in UWAC 104; light refreshments will be served while they last.
With 51 victories and only six losses this year, the Saints have the most wins of any NAIA team. This will mark the first time the Saints have played Marian which went 50-7 on the season and marked a 31-5 record in the Crossroads League.
